A buyer open a dispute as a non delivered item.

A buyer opened a dispute as a non delivered item. I have pictures he sent me that the item delivered. Paypal without asking my opinion automatically closed the case reversed my account balance, and i do not have even the guitar in my hands. What kind of non sense is this.

I'm sorry to hear that a recent dispute was opened, and a refund has been provided already. When a case is first opened, PayPal reaches out and requests a tracking number or information from your side. If a response isn't received, or information is received that's not sufficient to show delivery, then the case would usually be closed with a refund. I suggest reaching out to Customer Support to see if your case is eligible to appeal with the additional details from the buyer. You can review the options to contact Customer Support here

How can i post paypal my side of things. And how am i supposed to receive the items sent.
