I ordered a product through pay pal but never received and it has been 2 months. Reported it to pay pal but what happens if they don’t get a reply from the company.

Hope you filed a dispute for non receipt of item?

Make sure you escalate to a claim within 20 days when it would auto close.

If paypal finds in your favour and the seller does not refund then paypal normally do so under their buyer protection scheme.
