2 different shipping dates

I may have been scammed. Has anyone ever had 2 different shipping dates from 2 different countries? Has anyone ever had 2 different tracking/shipping companies on their order with no updates? I understand I have to wait possibly to dispute this but it’s already been a month & a week. After trying to contact the seller, which I now have 2 different ones, I’m just getting more confused but …. definitely a lesson learned. Thanks for any info on similar situations.

I understand that you've received two different tracking numbers from your merchant, and I'm sorry to hear that. I agree with you that it's quite odd. If you haven't already, I would consider filing an Item Not Received dispute. You can learn how to file a dispute on our Help Center here. After filing the dispute, if you haven't received any further updates from the merchant, please be sure to escalate it to a claim before the 20-day timeframe is up. If the case automatically closes at the 20-day timeframe, it cannot be reopened. If you've already opened a dispute, you can Contact Customer Support for updates here or check them out within your Resolution Center
