2 charges for one payment - 1 on my bank and 1 on my PayPal.

It is pretty much what the title said, I made a single payment on PayPal and I got a charge on both my bank account and my PayPal account. My PayPal is in negative balance, wonder if that helps. Thank you

I made a 2nd payment with my debit card on due date then they took the 3rd and final payment from my bank 4 hours later n i cant email them to ask for refund
