6 months ago PayPal put on hold my account with around $2500, now after the 6 months I check my account and it has $0, I called and the representative didn't know what happened, she said they make an Internal correction. Click the transaction that made your account balance zero. There should be a memo/note and it’ll probably say that it was paid to PayPal for damages from violating Acceptable Use Policy which is why they no longer provide you PayPal services.
You can file a case with bbb.org under PayPal San Jose, CA and request another account review.
