Hello @Badpablo90,

I am sorry this has happened and I can understand your frustration.

In most cases an automatic email is sent once the 180 days have passed. The only reason there would be a delay is when there is still an outstanding regulatory request for identity documents which we require from all customers regardless of the status of an account.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.

Hello @Bethoven1

Thank you so much for taking the time to post on our PayPal Community. I know the importance of gaining access to your available balance after waiting over 180 days. Through this channel, we do not have the option to review your PayPal account for security. In this case, please reach out directly to our Customer Support for assistance. You can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.

Thank you.
