You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

My account is permanently limited so I can longer use PayPal services my account was limited on February 17th 2021 and Iv waited patiently for the email to withdraw my balance after 180 days and still no email I can’t message them on the PayPal contract messages but I did call and they said I’m “supposedly” will receive a email to withdraw either today or by the 30th of this month so I will see what happens and keep and update but however I’m very doubtful I will receive my money of one thousand four hundred and fourth five dollars and eighty five cents! Please give me anymore feedback or ideas that might help me because I didn’t break any laws nor did I perform any illegal activities all the money I revived was from family!
