180 Limitation days complete

My paypal limitation 180 days are over. I cannot chat them via my account. Also called but a bot says it cannot help at the moment. I just need to withdraw the available balance from my paypal to bank. kindly enable me to withdraw my funds.

In Kenya the normal withdrawal options available to you of MPESA or Equity Bank are not available after a permanent limitation. The only option still available when Paypal tell you that you can withdraw your funds is via a U.S bank account if you have one.
If you don't then you would need to contact customer services to help you access the funds from your permanently limited account.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Same issue for me. It said 180 days I would get my unemployment back and its been 2 yrs I need someone asap to unlock my account. I need my funds this is crazy now its literally been 24 months. Way past the 6 months.

Same thing for me. Every time I call customer service, they send in a ticket, saying I'll hear from them in a couple days, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. At least 15 tickets. 2 years. This started for me back in October 2020.

Hi Guys as i see we are a lot we should Contact them in twitter and push him to fix it we can do group ,as you see they stole our money
