13 year old son makes unauthorized payments on own account and then deletes account again

My 13 year old son took my Credit card without permission, made a Paypal account for himself, spent at least 1000 euro without my knowledge and deleted his Paypal account. Because he deleted his Paypal account, it makes it much more difficult for me to provide proof to Paypal about his transactions. All I have are my bank receipts. Do you have any advice what to do, especially now his account is closed? As far as I can see in my bank receipts, he has been sending money to a lot of individuals (private game developers probably), not to companies.
