Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
If not then does the transaction show every month on your paypal account OR are you seeing that amount on a direct debit on your bank account?
If so then normally the last payment shows on that direct debit and doesn't change until you pay a seller and fund the payment via a bank account.
So the amount is not a 'regular' payment just the last payment shown when you last purchased goods.
