my account got limitation because im trying to link my debit card several times i provide the requirements that they need to review my account paypal, i call my bank and they told me that i have no restriction on my bank or debit card to add it on PayPal, from the limitation it say's that they will get back on me within 1 day now its been 2 days and got nothing. even the case ID is not showing up on my account. no open case no close case i don't know what to do next. i tried to call payapl and the automated system said that account limitation cannot be disclose over the phone. i really need some help so badly

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
