I filed a fraud charge and it was found in my favor and my money was returned. So the dispute is closed with paypal. But how do i verify to lift the limitations if i no longer have the card that i canceled because of the fraud charge? I still have the account but got a new card with a new number. It gives me two options. 1. Verify charges to the card in question.i cancelled the card so i can't.. 2. upload a bank card statement...which won't show that card number on it...HOw to resolve so i can use my paypal account?

Hi @BodydynamicsbyJ,
Thank you for reaching out to the PayPal community.
If you are being asked to confirm a card that you no longer have as it was cancelled due to fraud, we would be able to accept a statement from the card or, if you do not have one which shows your name in association with the card number, a document from the bank stating that you were the owner of the card but that it has been cancelled and replaced with a new one.
You should be able to upload this directly to your case via the Resolution Centre where the steps are showing as awaiting a response.
I hope that this information is helpful in resolving your query,
Jack
