If I'm getting issued money back to me from a dispute how many days will it take to hit my account?

Depends where its coming from ie seller or paypal, if its as the result of a claim or a refund, and when they issue that refund.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
