dispute in payment issue got reported as 'unauthorized access or Fraud

I have a dispute in payment ,  while talking with customer service automated voice, category changed to 'unauthorized access' or fraud. it got concluded not in my favor as it was not fraud category. how do i activate a dispute closed in wrong category? I was charged 490 GBP in addition to what i intended to pay. Resolution center does not let me open a correct dispute and shows 'closed'

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Customer service was able to help and reactivate the case - ended up getting resolved. Thanks for the response..
