Hi,
A buyer applied to Paypal on the grounds that he did not receive a product that I shipped. I did not see the e-mails either, I was able to see them when the complaint was closed.
In the mail, "Your case was decided in your favor." phrase is included. So what does this mean exactly? Am I winning the complaint? Will there be a deduction when money is deposited into my account?

It means exactly what it says, PayPal ruled in your favor, you won the case. No deduction. The money on hold because of the case will be returned to you. If you had a negative balance because of the case, it will be resolved.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
