Trying to reply to a claim, but always get error.

Welcome to the Community! 

I understand you're having difficulty responding to a claim, and I'm sorry to hear that. In addition to changing browsers, I also recommend clearing your cache and cookies. You may also be able to respond using the PayPal Mobile App or another device. If you continue to receive an error after trying these different options, you can contact Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
