I ordered a puzzle from a company that went by the name <Removed>. It looked legit, but when I put in my order the receipt listed another company, <Removed>. After the email receipt, I heard nothing. I did some digging and found many complaints by people who have had their money stolen by this "company". WHY is Paypal not doing anything to kick this scammer off its base? I've put in a claim and will keep trying. This is inexcusable.

Scam seller. I ordered 3 oversized garment containers to organize T shirts. Paid $51 + . What i received was 3 small cheap plastic containers, large enough to hold pencils. The $ store price would be a buck.

Yes, I agree. This is a total scam, and I feel so stupid for falling for it... I guess that's what I get for buying something from the internet from an unknown company. PayPal was of no help to me. They should not be doing business with a fraudulent store like this!!
I purchased 2 oversized puzzles (one of a collage of Broadway playbills and another of American novel classics). It took over 1.5 months for me to receive the package, of which the items sent were not what I ordered. It was difficult for me to figure out who to contact from the company about a return so i contacted through Paypal. At first they offered me a partial discount and for me to keep the items. Then they offered me more money back. And finally, a full refund if I sent the items back. The return shipping address I was given was to an address in China (written in Chinese, I wouldn't even know how to translate that to send it back) and it cost me over $100 to send back. Total scam!!!

I ordered four rainbow-themed puzzles from this company, and they sent me four puzzles (all the same) of puppies and sports equipment. I sent them an email telling them about the mistake, and they said it was a warehouse issue. They apologized for the error and offered a 15% refund (my order totaled over $80). I replied back asking if I could please exchange the puppies for the rainbow flowers/succulents, etc. that I had originally ordered. They responded with a no, then offered me two options. I could either return them all (paying for shipping) for a full refund, or I could keep them and get a 25% refund. After reading some of the reviews, I'm afraid if I send them back I won't get a refund at all. Maybe I'll just chuck it up as a full loss and donate these puzzles to a community center or something. Dang. Oh well.

Same thing happened to me. I ordered 3 puzzles in early July (thru a Facebook ad). By late July I had received no tracking number or anything from the company, so I initiated a PayPal complaint. Only then did I get emailed a tracking number. I've been following it ever since and yesterday I had my "order" delivered. Three identical "Broadway Musical" puzzles (all three boxes crushed in places), none of which is what I ordered. Who would order 3 of the exact same puzzle anyway? I tried to initiate another PayPal complaint and was told my order was not "eligible" for refund. I paid thru my bank account (dumb) so I can't even dispute the charge thru my credit card company. Given all these complaints I don't know why PayPal allows this company to continue to use PayPal
