Paypal 180 days limitation complete. How to withdraw my fund?

Hello,

My PayPal account was permanently limited a long time ago.
Already 180+ days are passed.

PayPal support said that the balance will be held for 180 days and then will be available to withdraw to the bank. But I did not get any email from you so far, even though 180 days are already passed enough from the limited time.

Can you let me know when my PayPal funds are eligible for withdrawal?

They will send you an email if and when you can withdraw the funds.

After my account was blocked for 180 days, the funds were released, and the withdrawal failed many times! Customer service channel can not be contacted

I have experienced the same thing out of the blue! I have tried to go to the resolution center but when I clicked on it, a big headline said “This page does not exist” .

As @kernowlass stated, normally our system will send you an email if and when you can transfer funds out of your account. With that in mind, if you have received the email mentioned above and you're still running into issues transferring funds, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any page and following the available prompts.
