Not being able to contact Paypal and almost getting scammed

I ordered something from a store and I paid using paypal but till now I didn't get any email from them about my product. Now my problem is that I want to talk to someone from Paypal it self but whenever I want to do that I can't because I paid as a guest (I only put my card info and my email address without logging into paypal), I want to contact them because I saw someone contact Paypal and PayPal contacted that store and he got the product

You generally don't have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
