New Account has been restricted after I added my debit card

Dear Community,

I am from Dubai.

I created a new account and linked it with my debit card.

 

Paypal does not allow access to do anything (my account has been limited/restricted). There are 3 steps to request for account review: I add ID card, but I am not allowed step 2 (add account statement) to confirm my card.

 

How can I ask for help when I cant even submit the required info.
I have the bank statement available, Where and whom do I sent it to for account confirmation.

 

Thank you in advance.

I am using Paypal from Firefox browser on a desktop.

I do understand your concern regarding your account being limited. Account Limitations prevent you from completing certain actions with your account, such as withdrawing, sending, or receiving money. Usually, we ask you to complete some steps to remove your account limitation. You can submit the information in the resolution center of your PayPal account.

 

Since you're not able to confirm your card to resolve the limitations, your best option would be to contacting our support team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page or send us a message through our Twitter(@AskPayPal) and Facebook page for additional assistance.
