My account is permanently banned for no reason.

So I signed up to Paypal as usual and it immediately banned my account. They also mentioned that I cannot open a new account with my Debit card info, ever. I have no reason to have my account closed at all and I am very confused right now. I recently closed an account with the same info (all the info was the same except the phone number, that's why I closed the original one, because I wanted to use a different number) and tried to make a new one but it completely stopped me. Any help on how to fix my account as I need a Paypal account. They said they 'thoroughly' reviewed my account but that isn't possible as the moment I opened my account it was permanently banned. Please help as they say they've initiated closure already. Even if this account does get closed (no funds in so it doesn't really matter), I will not be able to make a Paypal account again because they do not allow my Debit card info to get registered. Thanks for the help.

Most common reasons for an account limitation are:-

1. You have a previously limited account (temporary or permanent) and you have tried to open a new account and not resolved the issues with the other account first.
2. Using a VPN.
3. Not being in the country where you have opened a Paypal account.
4. Being under 18 / minor account.
5. Having 2 Paypal accounts or more of the same account type.
6. Not having your legal name on your Paypal account.
7. Selling items (often virtual or digital) that Paypal consider a high risk of disputes/chargebacks OR items that violate their acceptable use policy.
8. Using the friends/family option for sales transactions to try and evade Paypal fees and risk of disputes.
9. Violating their acceptable use policy as per link.

If none of those then...

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
