I opened a wrong dispute and now I can’t open another one

When I opened my dispute for a phone I bought on Facebook it was the wrong transaction label. Now I can’t open another one to get my money back. She of course blocked me and I never got the phone

close the dispute and put reason in the box . i did that too.
and soo sue her or have your bank get your money back . call the bank to see how

Depending on the type of case you initially opened, you might not be able to re-open another one. On the website it mentions before closing a case that you cannot re-open it. However, if the case was closed by PayPal and you had opened the wrong type of case, PayPal can open a new case on your behalf. You will need to contact us by phone or email.
