There is a troll defending the thefts by paddle.com and personally attacking people who are posting that paddle.com is stealing money. How do I block the troll?

Everyone has a right to their opinion on here.
As long as they do not break the forum rules then they can post where they like.
https://www.paypal-community.com/t5/Community-Guidelines/Rules-and-Guidelines/m-p/1489967
If they break the rules you can report any individual posts that do so by clicking on the 3 dots and scrolling down to 'report inappropriate activity' and that post would be removed if it did break guidelines.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

That doesn't answer the question. I want to know how to block a member, not how to report a post. The resident troll is calling me a liar because I said Paypal has given me a full refund for funds stolen from my bank account by paddle.com.
