Account blocking

I am not a US citizen. The account was created for a company in the USA. I have all the necessary documents and an office in the USA. The account has been blocked. Nowhere is there a button to submit an appeal and documents. Help me please.

You can contact Customer Support by clicking ‘Contact’ at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
