Im trying to withdraw a certain amount for testing purposes. But as I was withdrawing the amount it says "Cannot withdraw amount". My question is, what is the minimum amount that can be withdrawn in Php?
a friend of mine that has a paypal account said that the minimum amount that can be withdrawn is $10 but has a transcation charge (depends in your location). Just double check the info that I gave you just to make sure.
