upgrading browser for PSI DSS security

Chrome says it is updated, but I cannot get into the "sandbox" at Paypal.     

(Of course, it being early June, I can log in regularly to the main Paypal site.)

Hello,

PayPal Sandbox should be allowing logins, albiet not at this current moment in time due to a technical issue (https://www.paypal-status.com/product/sandbox)

Once that issue has been resolved, please try again and if the issue persists, please provide more information, such as the URL you're entering in the address bar of your browser, the email address for the sandbox account your attempting to login to and any error messages which may be displayed.

Thanks!    Coincidentally, another site - financial - made me change my (strong but 10-years old) P/W and in the process confirmed I have Chrome 67

I trust Paypal does not want to lose customers over this so will eventually (before 6/30) tell us we are OK.
