test payment cards for sandbox not working

Hi,

I am trying to test payments in the sandbox site using test bank cards.

I have tried several of the test numbers but keep getting the following error.....

"We're sorry, we weren't able to add this card. Please check all the details are correct and try again or try a different card."

Example test card number -- 4111111111111111  CVV number 123

Any ideas what the issue is ?

Hello,

Don't use the generic test card number ending "1111" as this number has been used for years and due to this overuse it's known to cause issues.

Instead, generate card details from our card generator tool which is available on our developer site and use these card details during checkout.
