The PayPal sandbox is a self-contained, virtual testing environment that simulates the live PayPal production environment. The sandbox provides a shielded space where you can initiate and watch while your apps process PayPal API requests without touching any live PayPal accounts.

Payments processed via sandbox test environment will be available in your respective PayPal Sandbox test accounts, which you can't withdraw.
Only successful LIVE payments processed via LIVE environment can be transferred to linked Bank account from your PayPal account.
To go LIVE, please contact your website developer or your eCommerce support to perform API operation to LIVE PayPal endpoint using your LIVE API credentials. Remember to swap the API credentials and API URL from sandbox to production when going live with your integration.
