There were issues yesterday with REST API which have since been resolved.

We have experienced some technical issues with the API in our sandbox environment, so if you experience such issues allow some time for them to "clear up" (30 mins to 1 hour) and then re-attempt the transaction. If the issue persists, you can post it here if it's specific to sandbox or within the REST section.
