Hello,

Thank you for posting to the PayPal Sandbox Community.

Below are the steps for obtaining your sandbox Client ID and Client Secret:

1. Log into the developer dashboard at https://developer.paypal.com
2. Click on My Apps and Credentials
3. Click Sandbox
4. Click Create App
5. Name your app and add the products and features that are needed
6. After your App is created click on the App name and it will show you the Client ID (You will need to click Show under secret to see your Client Secret)
