paypal IPN - tx in query string is dfferent from txn_id

I am using paypal IPN sandbox

In this  tx in query string in success page is dfferent from txn_id

Could you please suggest on this

Hello,

The "txn_id" shown above is the correct transaction id for a sandbox transaction. I don't know where the "tx" value originated from.

I should note that the buyer account is attempting to send a payment to an email address which is not registered to a sandbox account. The email address is registered to a production account.
