issue in sandbox environment..

Hello.,

I want to know about the restrictions applicable for Indian paypal users...

• An Indian PayPal user can’t send or receive money from another Indian PayPal user and this should be applicable for sandbox environment also..??
• for the testing purpose also we send and receive money..?? 

if so please provide some information how to overcome this problem.

Hello,

Any payment restrictions which are in effect on our production environment are also in effect on our sandbox environment, they both run the same code.

Indian to Indian payments (in-country) are not possible and there is no method available to enable said functionality.
