i create a account at sandbox , i want comfirm my email , but paypal never send for me, i keep click resend no use!

Emails sent from within the sandbox environment are only sent to the "notifications" section of your PayPal Developer account, they're not sent to external email addresses.

Login to your PayPal Developer account and check the "notifications" section to retrieve the email.
