how to get Processor ID, Merchant ID and Password for 3d secure payment testing in sandbox mode

I am testing paypal credit card payment in Magento ver. 1.9.3.8, Without 3d secure it is working proper in sandbox mode, But with 3d secure it gives error
[ErrorDesc] => Error Processing Lookup Request Message, Invalid Merchant Id or Processor Id, Error Validating Processor Id Value, Error Retrieving Payment Processor Configuration(s)
[ErrorNo] => 1002, 2002, 4000, 1690.
If anyone know how to get Processor ID, Merchant ID and Password for 3d secure payment testing in sandbox mode?
