Hi,

when trying to pay using paypal getting this error message using php rest api

We are facing the same problem.

With sandbox accounts that have enough funds we are getting this error even with payments of 1€.

Yersterday it was working correctly, today with the same settings, whenever we execute a payment we are getting this exception.
