-card is well recognize
- and selected in "Automatic payments" section

Hello,
This forum is for sandbox related issues only and this issue appears to be a production account issue if you're attempting to subscribe to Spotify.
The generic error code is just base64 encoded, so if you decode that, you get this "TRANSACTION_REFUSED"
As this is a production account transaction, you'll need to contact our customer service team to determine the reason for the transaction being refused.
