error occured on sandbox env

When choosing paypal payment under sandbox I arrive on this url:

I have this message error: error occured

I completely redo the credentials procedure, and paypal tells me that everything is ok on the prestashop back office

Hello,

This isn't a sandbox issue - It's an issue with the payment module most likely. Remove the payment module, clear the cache within Prestashop, then re-install the module and try again.

Thanks for this suggestion, i did it but no way as in fact i was using the real merchant account for sandbox buyer ! As soon as i used the sandbox merchant id account everything got in order . Thanks !
