enabling reference transactions

Hello,

I contacted Customer Service several times to enable reference transactions for my account.

I use Chargebee, and to use paypal as a payment gateway, reference transactions has to be enabled.

Can someone in this community help me?

Hello,

This forum is for sandbox related queries only, you're talking about production.

No one on a community forum will enable reference transactions on a production account. You need to talk to a customer service agent on the phone to request this functionality.

How in H*** can you get someone on the phone.  It's been impossible, I've been looking for 3 days now.
