created and deleted sandbox and cant use same email why?

it say's email already exists but I deleted that sandbox account why I cant use it again eventhough I own that email !?

Hello,

Once you use an email address for a sandbox account, even if you remove that account from your developer account, you cannot re-use the email address again.

You can use any email address / domain name combination, it does not need to be a "real world" email address, so you can make something up such as "sandbox@samertaha.com" and it will be accepted once the email address has not been used on sandbox account before.
