create sandbox accounts, and accounts' status are error

Hi,

 

I've been trying to create accounts in sandbox, but accounts' status always show error.

Also I've tried to delete and recreate sandbox accounts for a few times, but it didn't work.

So, how do I fix this issue?

Issue should now be resolved

Existing accounts are no good, so delete them and create new accounts

Tried this... but showing "Your sandbox account could not be created. Delete it and try again."

Hi,

 

After I cleared Chrome's cache, then recreated sandbox accounts, the newly created sandbox accounts were usable.

This is an old thread from 2018, can you please create a new thread if your experiencing an issue today ?

Please also share the merchant id for your production account (the account you use to login to PayPal Developer) - Instructions on how to locate your merchant id can be found in the thread pinned to the top of the sandbox forum titled "how to report a sandbox issue".
