create API credentials

there is no option to "Request API Credentials" under NVP/SOAP API. it only says "Manage API Credentials"

If you are logged into your live PayPal Account and attempting to request or obtain the NVP/SOAP API Credentials the process has changed recently.

For Live PayPal Accounts Here are the steps to creating or obtaining API Credentials:

• Log into live PayPal Account https://paypal.com
• Click on Profile at the Top Right
• Click on Profile and Settings
• Click on My Selling Tools
• Click on Update next to API Access
• Click Manage API Credentials

• Click on Manage API Credentials
• If you have an unverified account or you have never requested API Credentials you may be presented with a security check
• After the Security Check you will have the option to View or Request your API Credentials

Here are the steps for viewing API Credentials in Sandbox:

• Go to https://developer.paypal.com
• Click on Log into Dashboard at the top right
• Log in using your Live PayPal credentials
• Click on Accounts under Sandbox
• Click on the Sandbox Email for the Credentials
• Click on Profile

• Click on API Credentials

• The Sandbox Credentials will be displayed
