cannot send invoices

i have invoices to send and none will send. All I get is an error page. how do I fix this?

This problem also started for me a few days ago. Have spoken to directly to paypal - They have said there is an issue and that the more people who speak to them directly by phone call (don't do through messenger system) the more urgenty it will be fixed. Had to send a screen shot of my invoice screen with the error message.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
