can´t delete sandbox accounts

I´m trying to perform test with Pay Pal Express Check Out over sandbox in my Opencart Store, everything it´s ok till but when i try to login with my BUYER account reply error.

I change the sandox account pasword an the mistake still

I try to delete the sanbox buyer account an gets this error id: 13fdf180b2635

What can ido?

Hello pacintoshJE,

When you try to delete a sandbox account, the system may block that if there is an ongoing transaction linked to it.

To login to a sandbox account, you will have to go to sandbox.paypal.com, which is a copy of the live side but only usable with sandbox accounts.
