Which mobile sdk should i use to integrate paypal in my android and iOS native application?

It depends on the type of checkout you want to be honest, if it where me I'd opt for the Braintree SDK's as it offers more than just PayPal so scalable to other funding options outside of PayPal - HERE

Braintree is available only for sandbox testing in my country not for production. Will that be a problem?

Hello,

You can use PayPal EC Braintree SDK, which allows you to use Braintree SDKs without opening a Braintree account, but be aware that you will only be able to conduct PayPal account funded payments, not direct card payments from your country.
