adaptive payments http 400 response code

Hello, i trying to use adaptive payment (i need chained payment).

I have sandbox credentials and use Pay method.

Pay method worked only one day (it returns pay key), after that ipn notifications stopped coming.

After that even Pay method started to return http code 400.

All headers and credentials are correct, i tried on another host, and it works. My IP was banned? Why i get http code 400?

Does this mean to adaptive payments are deprecated and i should not be able to use it in live?

Hello,

If your request works from another host, your IP may have been rate limited due to too many requests. It is not recommended to use the sandbox environment for load testing.

In regards to the Adaptive Payments product, yes this product is now depreciated and will be replaced with PayPal Marketplaces in Q1/Q2 this year.

I did not used Pay request to check load. Just manual requests. How many time should i wait until can do more requests? 

What can i use instead this payments (some rest api for chain payments?)? as i know in rest api is not exists replacement? Can i start do something now, and not wait until this api will be replaced?

Hello,

There is currently no replacement product for Adaptive Payments at this time. We expect PayPal for Marketplaces to be generally available in Q1/Q2 2018.

In regards to rate limiting, if you submit too many subsequent requests your requests may be temporarly blocked, but this should fall off if you reduce the number of requests your submitting - https://developer.paypal.com/docs/rate-limiting

I changed account, and received new appid, which should work with adaptive payments. But i still get 400 error. I have debugId (b413f4a46859). Whay i get 400? What should i do to get good response?
