account sandbox.paypal not verified

Hi to all,

I'm working on integration of  paypal with bancasella. I had to create an account on sandbox.paypal for testing. 
For every payments that I try to do with this account, paypal send me an error '10001 - Operazione non effettuata'. Could you help me? Also, I can't verify my account because I never receive an email to verify it.

It is very important to find a solution because it block the develop of my project.

What is the merchant id for your sandbox account ?

If you don't know, there are instructions in the thread pinned to the top of this forum which will show you how to retrieve it.
