Woocommerce virtual product order not going to "complete"

 I have a test setup of my shop which was running fine with Paypal Sandbox.

Merchant and Buyer account are running and everything was fine. When i do the IPN Simulater and i post my IPN URL i get the correct information in my logfile of wc-paypal. When i do a sandbox-test with my woocommerce installation i get this:

Since a few days i get no IPN status back to server, only this:
