I'm having real problems with this and nothing seems to be fixing it, I've seen other people post with similar problems and none of the solutions have worked for me.
I've entered a flat shipping fee into woocommerce, but then paypal only charges the product fee and not the shipping fee. The website just says 'flat rate' and paypal adds no shipping.
I've seen solutions about changing settings in paypal, so I have cleared my settings - didn't work. I have also ticked this box:
'Click here to allow transaction-based postage values to override the profile postage settings listed above (if profile settings are enabled).'
And that didn't work either. Any other suggestions? I am completely stuck
