What do my customers see on their bill?

I have set up my paypal sandbox and in the email confirmation it says it will bill them with PAYPAL and then my name. However, I want it instead to say my business' name, not my personal name.

Is this just b/c I was in the sandbox? Or how can I change this?

Hello,

If a personal name is showing, you're using a personal sandbox account to receive the payment and if you want a business name to show instead, you'd need to use a sandbox business account to receive the payment.
