What IPs need to be whitelisted to use sandbox.paypal.com?

I was using a web payment app with sandbox.paypal.com and it worked okay, but had to start whitelisting IPs to stop the world from seeing that site.

What IPs do i need to whitelist for sandbox.paypal.com to work? I have 173.0.82.77 whitelisted, but i am still not receiving the URN back when a payment is made.
